You may return your item(s) within 15 days of the delivery date by visiting our showroom at 1200 Lorimar Drive, Unit 3 & 4, Mississauga, Ontario, L5S 1R3.
Important: Please call us in advance at +1 905-226-9498 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before bringing in your return.
Returns made after 15 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and no returns will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
When requesting a return, please include your order number and clearly specify the items you wish to return.

Be sure to reference your order number and the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Shipment
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, in “like‑new” condition.
For both full and partial returns, products should be properly palletized (when applicable) to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate pickup or provide return instructions.
Receive Your Refund
After we inspect and confirm the condition of your returned merchandise, we will issue a refund for the product cost to your original payment method.
Full Order Returns
To receive a full refund of merchandise costs, all items from your original delivery must be returned together, in their original condition and packaging. Contact us to schedule pickup or for detailed return instructions.
Partial Order Returns
If you only wish to return part of your order, let us know which items. We’ll provide you with a shipping‐cost quote for that portion. Once you accept the quote, we’ll finalize your return authorization and instructions.
